Pengaruh Normalisasi Terhadap Kinerja Drainase di Jalan G. Obos XII Kota Palangka Raya

Abstrak
Kawasan sekitar Jalan G. Obos XII di Kota Palangka Raya awalnya merupakan permukiman jarang, kemudian berkembang menjadi kawasan permukiman dan perdagangan yang padat. Salah satu dampaknya, drainase Jalan G. Obos XII rentan banjir. Pada tahun 2022, pemerintah daerah melakukan normalisasi saluran drainase di Jalan G. Obos XII. Penelitian ini meliputi analisis dari aspek teknis dan aspek persepsi masyarakat. Hasil analisis secara teknis menunjukkan, normalisasi berpengaruh sebesar 100% terhadap pengurangan panjang drainase yang berpotensi banjir dan berpengaruh sebesar 381,16% terhadap peningkatan kinerja drainase. Hasil analisis secara statistik dengan Uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukkan, sebanyak 98% dari responden menyatakan bahwa kinerja drainase meningkat sesudah normalisasi; nilai z hitung sebesar 6,024 lebih besar daripada nilai z kritis adalah 0,00003; nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil daripada signifikansi kritis sebesar 0,05. Jadi, normalisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja drainase menurut persepsi responden.

Abstract
The area around G. Obos XII Street in Palangka Raya City initially was sparsely populated, then developed into a densely populated residential and commercial area. One of its consequences is the susceptibility of G. Obos XII Street drainage to floods. In 2022, the local government conducted drainage channel normalization on G. Obos XII Street. This study includes analyses from both technical and community perception aspects. The technical analysis results indicate that normalization has a 100% impact on reducing the length of flood-prone drainage and a 381.16% impact on improving drainage performance. The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test show that 98% of respondents stated that drainage performance improved after normalization; the calculated z-value as 6.024 is greater than the critical z-value is 0.00003; the significance value as 0.000 is smaller than the critical significance as 0.05. Therefore, normalization significantly influences drainage performance according to respondents' perceptions.
