Artificial Intelligence Use Policy
Artificial Intelligence Use Policy
Teras Jurnal supports responsible technology use while protecting research integrity, manuscript confidentiality, and author accountability.
Authors
- Any use of generative artificial intelligence for writing, language editing, translation, data processing, image creation, or analysis must be disclosed in an AI Use Statement in the manuscript.
- Authors remain fully responsible for accuracy, originality, citations, ethical compliance, and scholarly content. Artificial intelligence cannot be listed as an author.
- Authors must not use artificial intelligence to fabricate data, results, citations, images, or misleading research content.
Editors and Reviewers
- Editors may use artificial intelligence only for limited administrative support that does not replace academic judgment and must protect confidential information.
- Reviewers must not submit confidential manuscripts or review information to generative artificial intelligence tools. Reviews must be independently prepared by the assigned reviewer.
Manuscript Statement
Each article must include an AI Use Statement. Authors who did not use generative artificial intelligence should state: The authors declare that no generative artificial intelligence was used in preparing this manuscript.
