Abstract
Pavement damage on the Cisingan-Ciawi Road section is caused by repeated vehicle loads, exceeding the capacity limit and poor pavement quality. These conditions result in decreased comfort and safety for road users. This study aims to identify road damage and determine damage management based on the assessment. The results of the road damage assessment are integrated with a geographic information system (GIS). The road damage assessment method uses the IKP method, which is guided by Pd-01-2016-B by the Ministry of PUPR, referring to ASTM D6433-11. The results of the road damage assessment are 18 types of damage to flexible pavements and 8 types of damage to rigid pavements. Based on the results of the analysis, the IKP value for flexible road pavements is in the range of 4.5 to 100, while for rigid road pavements, it is in the range of 58 to 74. The overall IKP value is 80.461, meaning the road is in good condition. Therefore, the type of treatment that can be used is periodic maintenance.
