Teras Jurnal: Jurnal Teknik Sipil publishes research and scholarly studies that contribute to civil engineering science, technology, and practice. Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches are welcome when relevant to civil engineering.

Peer Review Process
Each submission is screened by an editor for scope, basic quality, originality, and publication ethics. Eligible manuscripts are assessed through double-anonymous peer review by at least two reviewers. Authors receive anonymized comments and may be asked to submit revisions. Based on the reviewers' recommendations and the revised manuscript, the editor decides to reject, request major revision, request minor revision, or accept the manuscript.
The standard review period is approximately four weeks. When revisions are requested, the editor communicates the deadline according to the extent of revision. The Editor in Chief remains responsible for the final editorial decision.
Publication Frequency
Teras Jurnal is published twice a year, in March and September.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content because freely available research supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Journal History
Teras stands for Teknologi Rekayasa Sipil. Teras Jurnal was established on 14 February 2011 and obtained print ISSN 2088-0561. The journal prepared its Open Journal Systems platform in December 2015 and obtained online ISSN 2502-1680 in January 2016.
